Mind-Body Coaching

Mind-Body/mindfulness coaching sessions are interactive and encompass a variety of healing modalities specific to your needs. In these sessions, clients explore internal and external conflicts and receive somatic practices and resources for managing those experiences and strengthening their internal resources.

Mindfulness coaching allows you to practice “in the field” (in real life) and come back with questions to adjust, adapt and discover what support you specifically need to live more connected to your truth and your nervous system.

Mindfulness Coaching is offered by Abby Carter and may include techniques drawn from her training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. See The Center for Mind-Body Medicine to learn more about the science behind these skills and their impact on trauma. Abby encourages clients to explore some of her favorite unconventional approaches to mind-body medicine with clients, such as laughter meditation and deep forms of rest.
